When attempting to login to PaperVision Enterprise After updating Windows XP Pro to SP2 (Service Pack 2) you receive an Error -28000 Description: Error connecting to the SQL Server Error -2147467259: [DBNETLIB][Connection Open (Connect()).] SQL Server does not exist or access denied. This is because you do not have the SP3a patch for MSDE or Full SQL installed.
