Summary

This was a problem in a previous version of Papervision Enterprise, advised to upgrade.

If upgrading does not fix this, update MDAC.

Verify that the SQL Server is started, stop and restart that service. Also be sure that the latest SQL service pack has been installed. Consult Microsofts website for this. ( http://search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx?st=b&na=88&View=en-us&qu=SQL+service+packs )
