Error -28000 Unable to create/access cache path when attempting to view an image via the thin client.

Summary

This error is caused by the cache path and cache URL settings in the administration console not being set correctly or the Anonymous user account in IIS not having full access to the PaperVision Enterprise cache directory (WebServerCache).
