Summary

This is an indication that this data group is corrupt and needs to be repaired.

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. From within PaperFlow, open the Data Group menu and select Data Group Maintenance
  2. Locate and select the datagrp.mdb file for the data group returning the error
  3. Enable Perform Repair on Database and Perform Compact on Database (the remaining selections are optional)
  4. Click Start
  5. After maintenance is complete, you should be able to re-open the data group and continue scanning in PaperFlow
