Summary
This error occurs for one of two reasons:
- The disc is damaged or the information on the disc has become corrupted
- The network connection to the data group location has timed out
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
- Burn a new DVD for the data group and re-import
- Ensure the network connection is functioning properly. If you are still having trouble importing from a network location, try copying the data group to the local hard drive first and then importing it into PaperVision.
