This error can occur for several reasons. Make sure a MAPI compatible email client is installed and set as the default mail client.
Another likely cause is that Internet Explorer is running in Protected Mode, which prevents the email from being sent. This can be resolved by going to the Security tab of Internet Options in Internet Explorer and adding https://login.imagesilo.com (or your PaperVision Website) to the Trusted Sites.
