Description

When attempting to use the Scan2Silo feature, and selecting the “Scan New” or the “Scan New Document” button, the user receives this error:

Summary

To resolve this issue, add https://login.imagesilo.com as a Trusted Site, under Tools, Internet Options, Security, and Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.
