When logging into PaperFlow, the following error is displayed: Error 7430: The central database appears to be marked read-only or resides in a read only share.

Summary

This is an indication that the Windows user that is signed in does not have access to the PaperFlow Central Project Database (DSICP32.MDB.) In most cases, adjusting file permissions to allow the Windows user full access to this file resolves this issue.

By default configuration, DSICP32.MDB is located in Program FilesDigitech SystemsCommon Files.
