Description
Summary
Most conflicts with AVS can be avoided by excluding certain directories from real-time scanning. In general, it is best to avoid scanning resources which may be used by PaperVision Capture or SQL Server.
Possible directories to exclude are:
- The PaperVision Capture master batch path & local batch paths.
- PaperVision Capture Export path(s)
- Any paths accessed by the PaperVision Capture automation processes such as monitored auto-create batch directories and data import directories
- The %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Digitech Systems directory
- The C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\ directory
- The C:\Program Files\Digitech Systems\ directory
- The location of your SQL Server MDF & LDF files.
