In the PaperVision Enterprise Admin Console, items are missing in the Data Groups list, Notifications or reports.

Summary

By default, the admin console will only display 1000 result list items for Data Groups, Notifications or any of the reports. If more than 1000 items exist, the results lists will be limited to 1000.

To access more than 1000 items in any of these lists, you will need to increase the Max. Report/Notification items to display. Following these steps should resolve the issue:

  1. Expand Global Administration -> System Settings -> Configure System Settings
  2. In the Reports/Notifications section, change the Max. Report/Notification items to display to the desired number.

This value applies to Data Groups, Notifications and all of the reports.
