When using overlays, after switching between documents the overlay should be retained from document to document. However, the Internet Explorer security settings in Windows 7 64-bit do not allow the user to write to the local cookie that stores this information by default. To resolve this issue, put the ImageSilo site into the Trusted Sites zone by doing the following:

1. Log into ImageSilo.
2. Select the Internet Explorer Tools, and Internet Options. Note: If the Tools menu option isn’t visible, press the ALT key to display it.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Click on Trusted sites.
5. Click on the “Sites” button.
6. The https://login.imagesilo.com website should be in the “Add this website to the zone:” dialog box, if it is click on Add. If the address is not in the dialog box, type in https://login.imagesilo.com and click the “Add” button.
7. Click “Close”.
8. Click “OK”.
