The overlay option should be retained between documents, however if a client is using Windows 7 64-bit this option may not be retained because the website is unable to write to the cookie that stores this information. To resolve this issue put the PaperVision Enterprise website in the trusted sites by doing the following:

1. Log into the PaperVision Enterprise website
2. Within Internet Explorer, select Tools and Internet Options. (If the menu bar is not present, press the ALT key to display the toolbar)
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on Trusted sites
5. Click on the Sites button
6. The PaperVision Enterprise website URL should be in the “Add this website to the zone:” dialog box. If it is click on Add (Note: the user may need to uncheck the “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone” option)
7. If the URL is not already listed, the user will need to type in the address for the PaperVision Enterprise website and click Add
8. Click Close
9. Click OK
10. Restart the browser
