When using the “Browser-Based Viewer” and attempting to print legal size documents, the image is printed as a scaled-down version on the legal size document.

Summary

This is due to a setting within Internet Explorer. To update your IE settings and print legal size documents correctly:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer
  2. From the keyboard, click the “ALT” key
  3. From the toolbar, select “File”
  4. Select “Page Setup”
  5. Under “Paper Options” disable (uncheck) the “Enable Shrink-to-Fit” option.

Alternatively, use the “PaperVision Web Assistant” to print legal sized document(s) without having to change any IE settings.
