This error message appears when the user logging in to PaperVision does not have Write access to the directory where the PaperVision system databases are located.
In order for the user to login to PaperVision, they must have Read/Write access to the Central Database location. PaperVision needs to write out to the database files and cannot do so if there is no Write access. By giving the user Write access to this directory, this issue should be resolved.
