During the SQL Server installation phase of the PaperVision Enterprise Setup Wizard, an error message may be displayed that states SQL Server could not install. The message should reference [Program Files]Microsoft SQL Server90Setup BootstrapLOG

Inside this directory is a file called Summary.txt. Open this file in Notepad and look through the file for any lines starting with “Error”.

For example:

Error: The sa password must meet SQL Server password policy requirements. For strong password guidelines, see Authentication Mode, in SQL Server Books Online.

This error means that the password entered in the Setup Wizard for the ‘sa’ account is not complex enough. Try adding mixed-case and numeric characters to the password.
