Unable to Read Barcode message when using Code 3 of 9 Barcode.

Summary

The error message Unable to Read Barcode appears when trying to pick up a barcode field in PaperFlow.

  1. Ensure that the barcode is clean and the zone has been drawn properly with a margin of error allowance.
  2. A Code 3 of 9 barcode must begin and end with an asterisk in order to be recognized as a valid barcode (i.e. *new doc*). If the asterisks are not used, the barcode font will not be readable by PaperFlow.
