With approximately 65 resellers in attendance, the conference was designed to help value-added resellers (VARs) to learn more about core concerns of technology buyers and to understand how they can help their customers to address these needs. This year’s conference included four key themes:

  • Awards – Jamie Bsales, the Director of Solutions Analysis, recognized PaperVision® Capture with the Keypoint Intelligence/Buyers Lab pick award for Best Capture and Workflow Solution for 2019. Bsales also recognized the company for earning platinum ratings across their product line, a feat he referred to as “very rare.”
  • Market Trends – Having a clear feel for shifts in the marketplace enables VARs to proactively adapt and continue to succeed. Barbra Peck, Principle Analyst at Nucleus Research, offered her perspectives on changing buyer needs, including the pervasive need for information security and a growing drive among companies for process automation. Records management expert, Cheryl Ahrens Young outlined core components for every business to consider as part of their records management She also explained why she feels the records management modules in PaperVision® Enterprise and ImageSilo® are among the best – especially since they’re free!
  • Process Automation – Reducing costs and improving the accuracy of information are at the heart of most business technology purchases this year.   • Business Growth Tips – The 2018 PR Professional of the Year, Elizabeth Edwards brought her insightful wisdom to the stage as she proffered numerous suggestions to help resellers more effectively promote their businesses and offerings to the public, and Sales Vice President Mike Randash offered business tips designed to help resellers succeed. Both speakers equipped attendees with practical suggestions they can implement immediately.
